Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones is an American actor. She is known for her parts in soap operas, including Megan Dennison on The Young and the Restless and also as Bridget Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful. She portrayed Daphne in a role that was regular in her role in the HBO drama True Blood's second season. Ashley Jones obtained a Bachelor of Human Learning (K-8) from University of Tennessee at Martin in 1997. Her teaching career began at Maury County. There, she taught Reading through kindergarten and the 1st grades. She was married to Brent Jones, her UT Martin lover, and relocated into Thompsons Station in 1998. Her first teaching job was with Bethesda Elementary, where she taught 4th grade. In 1999-2000, she taught while obtaining her Masters of Education degree from Trevecca Nazarene University. She stepped out of the classroom in 2000, when they welcomed their baby boy Baylor. Ashley was a 15-year volunteer for the community, her church as well as children. Ashley has been an educator and leader in Thompson Station Church's Preschool and Student Ministry for 13 years. Ashley was a three-year resident at home homeschooling her kids. Ashley was also teaching History at her home school in their time of at-home schooling. Ashley loved being at home with her kids and was a great teacher her children. But, God made it clear that it was time for the family to move back full-time. Brent and Ashley are parents to five kids. Silas Eliza, and Cruz are both students at GCA. Baylor an GCA graduated attends college and plays baseball at UT Martin. Callan as well as a GCA graduate is enrolled at Western Kentucky University. It is a family full of people who enjoy fishing, hunting and cheer each other on during their favorite games.
